You'll have the garden level space to yourself during your stay, with a beautifully restored kitchen and a private entrance. Air conditioning and Heating included. Designed by famous architectural firm Amzi Hill and Sons, this Romanesque Brownstone was built in 1899 and has been featured in several Brooklyn magazines!

Experience authentic Brooklyn! You'll be treated to your own private entrance, with a private apartment, and have full access to the kitchen. Laundry room available! Outside, you'll have full access to roughly 800sf of garden area lush with plants and ideal for both relaxing or entertaining. Ideal for family gatherings!

House Rules

Please note, this house was built in 1899. It's imperative that guests are delicate with the home and the space, and respect tenants on the above floors, and the neighborhood. A few other rules & reminders: • No gatherings of more than 5 individuals in the space. • 12:00am (midnight) - 8:00am are quiet hours. Please be respectful of the neighborhood by limiting any loud music or noise that may disturb others. • No large parties are permitted. Please adhere to the 5 individuals in the space at a time. • Guests are kindly requested to reasonably clean any mess or spill prior to departure. • No smoking, vaping, or cannabis products of any kind are allowed on the premises. The smoke enters the windows of tenants in our building and those around us. Also note a $500 cleaning fine will be assessed. In case you need an area to smoke, consider Saratoga Park. • For the safety of the house, be sure the metal entry gate is locked after entering.
